gs-boy
I say quasi because of recent legislation regarding the ancient road acts): Class 1 highways are any State highways that are maintained by the town. Class 2 highways are well-traveled roads carrying traffic to or from Class 1 highways. Class 3 highways are all other regularly maintained town highways. Class 4 highways are essentially not maintained by anyone. Little known additions: (Class 5) Trails shall not be considered highways and the town shall not be responsible for any maintenance including culverts and bridges. (Class 6) Unidentified corridors. Unidentified corridors are town highways that: have been laid out as highways by proper authority through the process provided by law at the time they were created or by dedication and acceptance; and do not, as of July 1, 2010, appear on the town highway map and are not otherwise clearly observable by physical evidence of their use as a highway or trail; and are not legal trails. (Legal Trails) is a public right-of-way which is not a highway Is not a responsibility of the town for construction, maintenance, repair or safety. donc une classe 4...ca peu resembler a ca

Swatch
