I'm moving to Alaska in June so I need to sell or store this bike soon. Past 2 years I've only washed it and ridden it to get fresh tank of fuel. Kept the battery charged, fuel stabilized, changed oil/filter, brake fluid, air filter, and rear wheel bearings replaced

Purchased in Germany as US spec for export to North America. Imported to Québec in 2014 by myself. It has under 43,000 trouble free kms mostly during European touring and was fully serviced by BMW in Germany, always stored inside. I am the original owner.

-all original parts, 3 original keys, all documents included
-all receipts and full service history included
-all factory options (switchable ABS, heated grips, on board computer, alarm, center stand
-made in Berlin, Germany (new model is made in India?)
-Pirelli Scorpion Trail dual sport tires
-SW Motech engine guard and tank bag from Germany included
-Touratech handguards included
-Futurevision 35 watt HID kit low beam included (doesn't burn the reflector like some aftermarket bulbs)
-Spare EBC front brake pad set included
-new rear bearings installed and front bearing set included
-original battery (maintained by Optimate charger)
-original fork oil seals (kept them clean/protected)
-original gas tank (not cracked or replaced by warranty like many)
-original regulator/rectifier (read the design was improved in 2012)

There are minor scratches in the right tail plastic from my pannier that I touched up. The windshield was scratched and replaced by a used one and the controls are a bit dinged. These minor cosmetics can easily be repaired but I liked the character

I was so impressed with this bike that I bought a second one to bring back to Canada tax free. My 2014 has actually already had more issues than this 2012 (2014's battery died and was replaced by warranty, 2012 oddly has less corrosion as well)

This is a great bike that I'm hesitant to sell but I'm just not using it.
