J'ai une question concernant la vente d'une moto à distance. J'ai un offre pour acheter ma moto. La personne qui me fait l'offre me dit qu'elle ne peut pas venir la chercher, donc elle vas envoyer quelqu'un.

 

Comment ça fonctionne pour les changements de plaque et la paperasse?

 

J'ai seulement acheté et vendu des véhicules avec des locales. Donc ont passais toujours à la SAAQ ensemble.

moi je crois que tu lui fait signer une procuration , tu prend son argent et ensuite tu lui transfert a son nom , apres tu lui dit OK envoie ton gars la chercher , si non son gars viens avec une procuration tu va au bureau de la saaq avec apres avoir prix le cash pis tu dit aurevoir a ton bike . Mais laisse pas partir le bike sans le cash pis qu il soit a un autre nom . C'est tu trop zélé tu pense

Ils disent rester dans un autres pays et qu'ils enverraient une compagnie le ramasser.

 

J'ai déjà reçu un chèque avec 4000.00$ over en me demandant de retourner la balance via union trust????

 

Touche pas à ça, du cash et l'acheteur ensemble.

Je reçois le même genre de message à chaque fois que je mets quelque chose de valeur sur Kijiji ou Lespac.

Et si je mets mon numéro de téléphone, ils m'envoient des textos.

Paypal n'autorise AUCUNE transactions en personne.

 

Si l'acheteur conteste et vous n'avez pas de preuve d'expédition par courrier, Paypal débite votre compte.

 

C'est classique comme fraude...

Voici ce qu'il ma répondu.

Thinking about it, since it is the first time I am selling a bike without meeting the person, I will not do Paypal. I will only do the transaction in person with cash or certified bank draft. The we will go to the licence office and get all the paperwork done.
